The US and South Korea have entered an historic deal to counter the nuclear threat of North Korea. In this regard, USA has threatened to his foe state North Korea and helped his friend state South Korea. According to this deal, US will after some period deploy US nuclear armed submarines in South Korea. As a response, South Korea has also agreed to not deploy his own nuclear arsenal.
