Government Employees Loan Scheme for Flat Purchasing
Government Employees Housing Loan Scheme-The Bank of Punjab under the guidance of the State bank of Pakistan and according to the vision of the Prime Minister of Pakistan is going to support the Naya Pakistan housing project which is diverse in nature. Such as:
- Support of already purchased plot/home.
- Construction on the personal plot.
- Buying of plot and immediate construction on it.
Types of Projects:
There are three main projects which are supported under this Naya Pakistan Hosuing project.
First Project:
- Under this project, the size of the plot will be 5 Marla or the size of the house or plot should be 850 square feet.
- Moreover, the maximum price of the home will be no more than 35 Lakh Rupees.
- In which 3 Lakh Rupees will be subsidy and 27 Lakh Rupees will be the loan.
- 5% markup will be for the first five years and 7% markup for the next five years.
Second Project:
- Under the second project, the size of the plot will be 5 Marla or the size of the house or plot should be 850 square feet.
- The maximum limit of the loan will be a maximum of 30 Lakh Rupees.
- 5% Markup will be applied for the first 5 years and 7% Markup will be charged for the next five years.
Third Project:
- Under this third project, the size of the plot will be 10 Marla or 250 square meters.
- The maximum price of the home will be 60 Lakh rupees.
- The maximum loan will be 50 lakh rupees.
- 7% Markup will be charged for the first 5 years
- 9% Markup will be charged for the next 5 years.
