Yahooda was the son of Hazrat Yaqoob (As) whose offspring were Jews. Moreover, Hazrat Yaqoob (AS) is mentioned almost 16 times in Holy Quran. It is strongly believed that Yaqoob (AS) was the son of Hazrat Ishaq (AS) who was the son of Hazrat Ibrahim, the great prophet of Allah.
