Chairman NAB
The Chairman is the head of the organization and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Bureau. The Operations Wing is responsible for conducting investigations and prosecutions of cases related to corruption and financial crimes, while the Administration Wing is responsible for the management and support functions of the Bureau.

Operation Wing
Within the Operations Wing, the Investigation Division is responsible for conducting investigations, while the Intelligence and Prevention Division is responsible for collecting intelligence and identifying potential cases of corruption. The Monitoring and Evaluation Division is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the Bureau, while the Awareness and Prevention Division is responsible for raising public awareness about corruption and its effects.
Prosecution Wing
The Prosecution Wing is responsible for prosecuting cases that have been investigated by the Investigation Division. The Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation Division is responsible for conducting forensic accounting and auditing of cases, while the Regional NAB Offices are responsible for conducting investigations at the regional level.
Administrative Wing
The Administration Wing comprises several support functions, including Human Resources, Finance and Accounts, Infrastructure and Procurement, IT, Law, and Internal Accountability Divisions. These divisions provide support to the Operations Wing and ensure the smooth functioning of the Bureau.
