Indian Occupied Kashmir: Pakistan foreign office shared the list of Indian prisoners in Pakistan with foreign office of India in Islamabad according to the 2008 Agreement on Consular Access. Almost 51 of 628 prisoners were civilian and rest of them were fishermen. On the contrary, Indian Government also shared list of 355 Pakistani prisoners in India including 282 civilians and 73 fishermen. According to the 2008 agreement both India and Pakistan have to share the list of prisoners twice a year i.e. on 1st of January and 1st of July.
